Help when placing your order
Ordering online is a simple and fast process. Our ordering process consists of five clear steps. Your order only becomes definitive after your confirmation. Up to that point, you can all the time adjust your order and even cancel it.
- Shopping around in the webshop
- Shopping around in the webshop is fun and it is easy. Once you find the product you want to buy, click the "Add to cart" button to add the product to the shopping cart. If you wish to order more than one item, adapt the number accordingly. If you want to purchase your stethoscope with an engraving, specify this on the product page in the text field ‘Engraving Text:’.
- Click the Continue Shopping button to return to the webshop.
- Have you changed your mind? In that case, click the X in the shopping cart to remove a product.
- Have you finished shopping, then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ or click on the cart button
- First you find a survey of your order. Please check if it is correct. Is there something you would like to change? If so, click ‘Continue Shopping’ and adapt your order.Then click again ‘Proceed to Checkout’ You find yourself then in the Shopping Cart Welcome screen. If you are an existing and registered customer, click on the button ‘Already registered? Click here to log in. ’. If you are a new customer, you can now fill in your personal data. We use this information for shipping and payment purposes. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are obligatory and must be filled in.
- Are you a company, then you can fill out your VAT number, to be exempted from VAT payment. Your number will be checked and validated.
If you give in a pass word (and confirm it), your data will automatically be registered for future purchases.
- Here you find the "ship to the same address" button. If you leave this activated, the shipment will be sent to the address you have already indicated. If not - you can deactivate the button and specify a different delivery address. You may need to do this if you are purchasing the product for someone else as a gift or if you wish to receive your order at home while your employer’s name is specified on the invoice.
- Choose your payment method. The fastest, safest and easiest way is to pay with your credit card.
- If you choose another method of payment, follow the instructions.
- Are all the data correct? If yes, you may have a coupon for a special price reduction. Let us also know if you want to receive our newsletter. Then all you need to do is to agree with our general conditions and round off your order by clicking the ‘Place your Order now’ button.

Order status by email
After we have received your order, we will send you our order confirmation by email. This confirmation email will contain an overview of all your order information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please first check whether the email has not been directed to your Junk email folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us. As soon as we have received your payment, we will email the invoice to you automatically.
Cancelling or changing your order
Your order will be sent out, immediately after reception of your payment. Only in case of orders with engravings, one or two days may remain before shipment. It means that you will not be able to cancel your order after that. However, you are entitled to send back your order within 30 days after delivery.
