Shipping and Delivery

Delivery period

Delivery of orders placed before 22.00h (working days) will be processed the same day. Otherwise it will be early morning the next working day. We provide an efficient and reliable delivery service with Royal Mail and DHL. The delivery dates as specified in our web-shop are an indication.

Please mind, that if you wish to have your order engraved, the delivery period will be longer - the expected delivery date for engraved orders is displayed at the top of the page.

Directly available from stock

The real-time stock status at our warehouse is displayed for every product. If a product is sold out, it is taken out of the producer's product range and will not be available for some time.

Delivery period when paying by money transfer

Orders placed with a credit card or via PayPal will be processed straight away. If you opt to pay by money transfer, you should allow for a transfer period of 48-72 hours. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send your invoice by email and we start processing the delivery of your purchase (see above "Delivery period").

Tracking your package online

Every delivery has a track and trace code, that you can use to keep track of your order. This code is displayed in the shipping confirmation that we will send to you as soon as we start processing your order. If you want to make use of this service, you can find it under "Customer service".

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the order amount and the destination. The shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Cancellation of orders

Your order will be sent out, immediately after reception of your payment. Only in case of orders with engravings, one or two days may remain before shipment. It means that you will not be able to cancel your order after that. However, you are entitled to send back your order within 30 days after delivery.
